How safe are Small Happinezz products?
Our products are tested and certified according to European guidelines and the Dutch Commodities Act. Our pacifier cords meet the European safety standards NEN-12586 and our teethers, pram tensioners and other baby toys have CE marking and the European toy quality mark EN71.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, our shipments are delivered with track & trace by our delivery services PostNL or DHL. You will receive this track & trace code from us by e-mail at the time of shipment.
Is it possible to cancel an order placed?
It is not possible to cancel a completed order, so that it will no longer be sent. The reason for this is that your order is immediately included in the delivery process. If your order has arrived at your address, you can register and return it via our website.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Payment for orders placed via the Shop can be made via iDEAL, MasterCard and VISA.
When will the amount be refunded upon return?
The amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after dissolution of the purchase agreement.
